This Month Promise

JANUARY MONTH BLESSING SERVICE 2012

PROMISE WORD

GENESIS 15:1 "DO NOT BE AFRAID, ABRAM. I AM YOUR SHIELD, YOUR VERY GREAT REWARD.

This year God says to us, not to afraid and He is our shield and our great reward. So in this year firstly we should not be afraid of anything, secondly God is our shield and protection, thirdly He himself be our great reward.

The above scripture is a God given promise to Abram. Following this, what are all the blessings he received are going to be our blessings in this year. We are going to see below the two great blessings he received.

  1. GOD IS GOING TO MULTIPLY US AS THE NUMBER OF STARS IN THE SKY.  
    In Genesis 15:5 God called Abram out and asked him to count the number of stars in the sky and then God said to him, likewise your generation is. Abram believed God and He counted it to him as righteousness.
Since Abram believed God, he received what was promised, Likewise when we believe God and His promises, He multiply us as the number of stars in the sky. 		 
       
  2. GOD GIVES THE LAND THAT WE ARE LIVING.  
    In Genesis 15:7 He also said to him. I am the Lord who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this land to take possession of it.
God gave Abram the land that he walked; like that God will give us also the land that we are walking. The city, the state, the country, is going to be ours. In this year this miracle will happen. Our God is promise keeping God.
